All order placed on or before Wednesday December 21st will be shipped for Christmas,orders placed between December 22rd and January 2rd will be shipped on January 3rd
Free Delivery
Free delivery within three working days on all Republic of Ireland orders over €50.
Orders under €50 are subject to a shipping charge of €5.00. However, if stock is not available there may be a potential delay and we will keep you informed
Selected items may take longer to deliver but will be clearly marked on the product information page prior to ordering. Items Orded will be delivered between 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday With Dpd couriers. If your Items do not arrive within three working days, please contact us and we will contact the carrier. All Items we ship are insured at no aditional cost. Please note that items being shipped outside the Republic of Ireland will incur an additional charge and are excluded from the free shipping.
Returns Policy
Koolkidz makes every effort to describe and display goods and products in great detail. However if you feel your purchase is not suitable we will accept it back providing it is in the original packaging and fit for re-sale. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. For your protection and convenience we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. All items you wish to return have to be received by us within 7 days of your receipt of delivery.
Please note that all relevant packing slips and other documents should accompany the product on its return to Koolkidz Winr Street Sligo . Once this procedure has been adhered to and the goods are returned in their original packaging and fit for re-sale, you will then receive a full refund
